micah mackenzie ,thanks and no I didn't. a law officer told me there wasn't any regulations regarding that, so I felt a little more at ease. scary though flying around and wondering what if? thanks for the comment!

@@jkriezel That officer was misinformed. According to FAA regulations, this flight was very illegal. An amateur drone pilot is never allowed to fly over populated places such as busy downtown streets. And even worse, Mission Hospital is only about a mile and a half away and their MAMA medevac helicopters fly in and out of the hospital. It is a designated airport. Please read the FAA guidelines and fly more responsibly in the future.

Ohh forgot to add. The FAA even has an app that will tell you where you can and can’t fly.
