I like the idea of arranging everything in one midi clip with one sound before starting, I think that's where the majority of my time is lost so this is a banger tip
@ashFB2BАй бұрын
too many melodic bass producers dont do this and it shows

I have never thought about doing this before, and I feel like it just changed my outlook on how to write entire songs.
@locky_y233Ай бұрын
the answer is so obvious, why I never think of it that way. writing an entire song/chords in one track is so helpful to me now, it is an enlighten moment for me!!!

This is what I came for! Let’s bring innovation back to bass music!

That part about using samples/sounds that conveys your idea regardless of whether they are designed by yourself or by other via. sample packs is so damn true. I always thought that my sounds wont be "Authentic" if i dont design them by myself and that false idea really hindered my progress back then. Also writing the ideas in a sinle midi clip is goated.♥

Wow this simplifies electronic music a lot. I've always loved it, but have always been too intimidated by it. I'll have to give it a try in the future. I want to dip my toes in metal first though, then video game sounding stuff as I feel those things are easier lol. Less production techniques to learn in my opinion at least, but the core of a song like you mentioned in the video is what matters most and that skill can be applied to any genre

Any tips on how to make the noisy sine 808? That also reminds me of the trap glossy perc/donk, idk how to describe it, but it's the cherry blossom one shot in the Shadow Heavy Bass sample pack, in songs like Remk - High Beams at at around 1:10. Kind specific EDM Trap sound that I haven't seen tutorials for. Anyway ty, my favorite tutorial is the Juelz one.
