First and most important thing u need for a change in “mentality” of people is : Education. If we can implement compulsory of education (1. -10. class)as soon as possible for all children in Pakistan...then you will get “tabdili/change that you are talking about. And this change will not come at once, it will take minimum 20 years! If we start this process now. Off course it’s not a easy task. We need more proper schools etc etc and those have to be free off course.... regards from Norway :) By the way I loved your Dhuwan when it came and ur recent Maalik...superb..hope you can make more movies like these:)
