I m a 25 years old boy just completed my MBBS and also a busy in artistic activities ( making and writing songs etc ) . Hey @MrThinkpad007, I hope my words don't come off as arrogance; that's far from my intention. I'm not sure if you're already familiar with what I'm about to share, but it's something that has given me a lot of strength during tough times, and maybe it could do the same for you. Our scriptures say, and it is a fact, that we possess an incredible inner power, much like water, which can transform based on the energy it receives. Science has proven this, showing that positivity can indeed cause a physical change in water and plants. This applies to us, too-if we create a positive internal narrative, we can literally reshape our reality. It’s not simple, it requires discipline and practice, which is where prayer comes in. Prayer isn’t necessarily about reaching out to God; it's a practice for us, to strengthen and rewire our thoughts. The Nature/God/Universe responds to this shift, not to the words of the prayer itself. Our brains are wired to protect us, often imagining the worst. To reprogram that instinct, consistent effort and discipline are vital. Action is essential-nothing of value comes from passive thinking alone. No Action equals to same results same situation. I realize I'm going on a bit here. Please consider giving this approach a chance. It might seem daunting at the start, but trust in yourself. You will find you're closer to overcoming your hurdles than you think. Wishing you the best, and if anything I've said resonates, I’m glad. Take care and stay blessed 🙏.
