Happy Birthday Bobby (a little late). The hawks are active in Baltimore City again. I saw the cooper/sharpshin and broadwings...never saw a red tail yet. Waiting for them to kettle up over Patterson Park. Hope all is well in PA. I got a feeling things might go bonkers up there round about election day.

Thank you! Question: The last couple weeks I have seen several flocks of Canada geese, and they are all heading east. Am I losing my mind?

How high were they? Could it be local flocks moving between a body of water and farm fields where they feed? Normally the migrants would be high and heading more in a southerly direction.

@LycoBirds They were heading away from the river, not sure where they were going. But, you're right. They weren't very high. Now that I think about it, when I have seen them heading south they were much higher. Thanks!
