It was both players' first major title, with 18-year-old Raducanu becoming the first-ever qualifier to achieve the feat. The home-court advantage was in full display. But Barty didn't play well in crucial points. I think she didn't accelerate the racket head as usual while Rogers kept her composure and played her best tennis. At the end, the difference was 2 points. Very close match. Rogers has the tennis skills to beat any player in the world.
