My dear, sweet twin brother took his own life a week before our 35th birthday. It was a life changing event for me and my family and it still echoes through my life almost 40 years later. I hope that Ashley's message touches someone who is struggling with mental health issues and encourages them to seek help. A beautiful video.

I read her story..she overcame so much in her life..very courageous She is greatly missed. May God Bless You and Comfort you .. She chose this, Naomi…. I know that sounds harsh, but before she was born she chose how she’d return. There is a message in this to others. A good message of hope & help. THIS was her purpose. You are now fulfilling what she meant for you to do. Keep reaching out because it matters!! SHE mattered!! We all miss her and wish she could have stayed but I understand her soul chose a journey with many hard lessons as a sacrifice to others in its selflessness. She was brave Naomi, braver than most which means she is also strong - stronger than she even knew. So, she’s still there. She’s waiting for you. You can either choose to release her back to the universe or you can hold her soul with you until you are ready to meet again. Talk to her and she WILL answer…..watch for the answers. It may not be what you want to hear but her purpose now is not to guide you, her purpose is to ease your pain and to confirm to you that she’s okay - give yourself over to full trust and follow God’s love, you will be healed if you do!!
