Happy Sunday! The water in your attic sounds like condensation from a pipe. Trying insulating any pipes in there and see if the leak goes away. Insulating pipes is relatively inexpensive. Also, your landlords are CRAZY! I’m currently renting, have been with the same people for 7 years, and they are definitely not like this.

Ashley, I have rented many times in the past, and now I live alone and am renting a small apartment. I have never heard of any rental agent or whatever they're called giving anybody a hard time like they have been doing to you! I left every apartment or townhouse really clean when I moved out (like you're doing) and always got all of my security deposit back. Those people are awful, and I am sooo happy that you are gonna be done with them once and for all. They better give you back your deposit! If they don't, then you should talk to a lawyer! 🤔🤒 Watching you work so hard carrying totes and boxes up that ladder, reminds me so much of how I was when I was younger! 😂 The last house I lived in had a small attic with a ladder just like that, and just like you, I was always lugging stuff up and down. 😂 Now I get tired just watching you! Lol I also use grocery bags like you do, they do come in handy for packing items and so many other things. I live in northern Illinois, and we got enough snow to where everything is covered. I'm already wanting winter to be over with! 😂😂 I hope you had a great weekend! See ya in your next video! ❤

I love to decluter and organize projects as a matter of fact over 20 years ago thats what i use to do before i started my cleaning business, with that said i know we all have our way of doing this and alot of women that i have watched like to have a bin that they call a maybe bin now idont do that because i feel like it just sets us up for more clutter if i have to think about it then we dont need it just sell or donate

Absolutely not I have worked with realtors and with landlords and have never herd of what you are saying that is ridiculous what they did to you. Now being that I have been a professional cleaner for over 20 years the tenants if they didn't want to do the cleaning they would hire me and just pay me out of pocket but the way they did you is unheard of just crazy but im so glad you are in your new home so happy for you

My son went through 2 inspections like that. First one took an hour. They took pictures. At final move out inspection they said my son would receive deposit in 30 days. Instead of receiving deposit they sent a lengthy letter with photos building a case as to why they would not be returning deposit. It was total BS.

that management company is sketchy. Normal wear and tear is not a reason to withhold security deposit. Also, having to hire a professional cleaning company is really weird. Make sure you take pics before you hand in the keys so that you have proof of what the house looks like. I would not trust that management company.
