The word says we are a new creation in Christ and that old you is gone. 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." Think of it this way, the old life you had was like a caterpillar, then you discovered Christ and like a caterpillar wraps itself in a cocoon, the old you has died and was wrapped in a shroud and placed in a tomb. Then like Jesus rising from the grave, you are the butterfly coming out of the cocoon - a NEW creation according to our Risen Lord. Hope that helps 🦋

When I first received Jesus, I struggled with regrets of past sins. However, I had a friend remind me that God had forgiven me and that I had to forgive myself. It just has to be done. The enemy likes to remind us of who we were but just as someone else commented ... You are a new creation in Christ. If the God of the Universe has chosen to forgive us, then who are we to decide not to forgive ourselves? Focusing on the past will keep us stuck and that my friend, is not God's plan for you. God's plan for you is for a hope and a future just as his word tells us. It's time for you to leave the past in the past and move forward in your purpose in Christ. Have a blessed day!

Thank you for mentioning the Sabbath day. As a Christian many of us forget about that 😳, but it’s something so fundamental and important to God. The Bible says in Exodus 20: 8-11 “ Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy”. There’s a reason he starts that commandment with REMEMBER, because he knew we would forget in the future. The Sabbath is the seventh day of the week, Saturday/Sabado/Shabbat 🙏🏼. It’s his commandment, and because I love Jesus, I keep his commandments ❤️✝️. Blessings, love your videos 🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼

I woke up at 4AM this morning, and I read my Bible, prayed, journaled, and also got a lot done. It's now 7:11 when I'm at. I'm 14, and I'm already wanting to get baptized. I'm so grateful for your videos. Over 4 years, I was depressed, my parents divorced because of religion, and it was very confusing and stressful for me. one tip i'd also give to anyone struggling with keeping Jesus' image (I struggle with this, whether I'm gossiping, losing my temper, getting snippy, etc) is putting Jesus somewhere other people can see. When you're shopping, where Christian merchandise, whether that be a bracelet, shirt, hoodie whatever, put a sticker on your phone or laptop, etc! I catch myself so much quicker now that I have a 'JESUS LOVES YOU' sticker on my laptop .. im more conscious of how i respond, how i react and what I say. secondly, ive gotten into an unhealthy habit of eating whenever I'm bored (i wanna specify im not hungry when this happens, im just bored and want something to do and i get the urge to eat). When I start to get like this, I stop whatever I'm doing (or not doing) and pray, pray and get in God's Word. Its healthier, and its also an easy way to get God in my daily routine outside of any time I already have aside for Him. hope this helped someone 🤍

I just want to say to any mothers, who feel like they don’t have time for God because they’re busy with their children… I felt the same way for a bit. Because it was hard for me to get my daughter to sit down. But God said to suffer the children unto him. So I recommend having your children do these things with you. Yeah wake up early and spend that time by yourself, but also have them wake up a little bit earlier too so that way they can spend time with God as well in the morning. Pray with them read the Bible with them. Sometimes I make my 13 year old sister give me a summary of what she read just to make sure she understood and read it. There should never be an excuse to not have time for God, and not teach your children about God.

It’s so hard for me to find Christian friends. I‘m 13 years old and I’m not baptised because I‘m the only one in my family who really believes in God (I was saved I few months ago) and I go to church alone. The churches where I go to are mostly visited by people over 50 so I can’t really make friends there. But when the school year started I found some friends who were Christian. Well, one was Muslim, one atheist and two were Christian. I was really happy because I found Christian friends. But when I told them I believe in God and stuff they told me I’m not Christian because I’m not baptised and not really accepted me. They were a bit toxic all the time but I kinda ignored that because I thought I made Christian friends. I didn’t know and still don’t know if they’re more like lukewarm or not because they read the Bible and stuff but I feel like they sub very often and don’t care about it. I’m distancing from them now because they made me insecure but now I‘m scared to tell Christian people (who aren’t lukewarm) that I’m Christian because I fear of getting that reaction. Well, I first have to find Christian people because very less people in eastern Germany are still Christian but I’m still scared…

So don't question your own salvation, that is between you and God! Keep professing your faith and confidence in Him! Hi 😊❤️! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having a hard time and that those Christians rejected you. It is not true that you are not saved because you haven’t been baptized. Plus, everybody gotta start somewhere. Getting baptized is something that you do when you have started believing and are making a decision to follow God. No one is born baptized and it’s right to be baptized when you have started believing. You started believing a little while ago, all of this is still new to you and you don’t have a family who helps you on your walk with God, so please be patient and kind to yourself. Don’t listen to what those particular Christians said. You told a bit of your story here and the first thing I thought (as another Christian) is how amazing it is that you decided to follow God in spite of everyone around you not following Him (like your family). So please don’t think that Christians will reject you. You got unlucky and met with some Christians who didn’t act like they should’ve, but I promise you that that isn’t how all Christians are at all. Most Christians will be so happy that you’ve found God. When it comes to baptism, I would encourage you to get baptized when you can, but don’t let it stress you out. If it doesn’t happen now, then it doesn’t happen now and that’s fine. You can get baptized later if you’re not able to now. When it comes to loneliness and not finding other Christians your age, I get it. I’m not as young as you (I’m 20), but I’ve also struggled with meeting people my age in the churches. Like you said, a lot of the Christians in the churches are around 50, or at least older than us. So I get it, it can be lonely and I’m sorry about that ❤️. I unfortunately can’t give you Christian friends your age, but I can tell you that you’re not alone. I also do think that you’ll find more Christians your age as you get older at least, and you might find some now, who knows 😊. Keep following God, lean on Him, pray to Him and keep reading the Bible (by the way, if you don’t have a Bible, you can either download a free Bible app on your phone or search up Bible.net and then you’ll find a great website with a free Bible). I hope that this comment could help you a bit on your journey at least, even though I know that it didn’t solve all your problems. If you cannot go on a prayer walks You can journal your prayers or do a prrayer walk in your home while you clean or just Scrapbook your prayers and you dont always have to pray the same maybe you wanna thank God first and then ask, etc

Some tips that helped me: 1. Go slowly: Ex. Don't go straight from waking up at 10 am to waking up at 5. It's not realistic. Start by waking up at 9:45 for a few days, then 9:30, 9:15, etc. Also, same for the Sabbath. Pray to the Lord for help that He would help you manage everything you need to do in the week for the six days you are given. Slowly work less and spend more and more time with Jesus on the Sabbath. 2. If you want to wake up earlier, you have to go to bed earlier. 3. Prayer, prayer, prayer 4. If you don't have enough space or time in your day to go on a prayer walk, just try to spend a dedicated time in the day for prayer or spend a bit of time outside if you can.

Spend time in your word, make time in your day to spend with God even if it 5-10 minutes talk to Him and listen to Him and sit in His presence try to find a quiet place and just sit in His presence, if you get a thought in your mind or a song see what it is as He could be speaking to you through that or maybe He may not speak at all just sit in His presence acknowledge He is there

Wow I am so inspired by you @scar2096 You are only 14 and already SO wise in knowing when and how the enemy attacks us! Remember this verse: Draw close to the Lord and He WILL draw close to you. (James 4:8) It is so cool experiencing God's faithfulness to this verse!! Start every day in prayer and ask the Lord to help you overcome temptations- we can do NOTHING without Christ but can do all things in Him who gives us strength! (John 15:5) You are amazing!!

Hi, I'm not trying to be pushy, i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend capitalizing the first letter when talking about God. I find it more respectful and the Bible also capitalizes the first letter when His name is said, it says Him, His, Lord, Christ, God, Jesus, Spirit, Holy Spirit. 🫶❤️

I feel discouraged when watching this because I just cannot do some of these things. I physically am unable to be in community with others because I’m sick all the time, and waking up early is a challenge when my body is exhausted. Working out seems like something I can only achieve in another lifetime. I want this so badly, I just physically cannot get there, and it makes my heart and soul ache.

Oh I'm so sorry @julianne.rogers but remember God meets you where you ARE. Even if it's in bed all day, you are farther along praying, reading the word, and seeking Him than those living a hurried life that can't stop and spend time with Him. He is your great healer and Physician, continue to pray without ceasing for full healing and I will pray for you too! By His stripes we are healed! Rest in His presence sweet girl, He uses ALL things for good!

Amen @kimkkillen and thank Jesus we are saved by His grace alone and not by works! All you have to do is love the Lord your God with all your heart mind and spirit! And then as we deepen our relationship with Christ, it becomes more desirable to be obedient in finding Godly friends and spending time with likeminded believers!
