Good topic and explanation. I have a question on the issue of some employees sort of translating internal institutions into external institution to harm a worker. Wouldn't the worker use the union or management to protect themselves against an accusation of violating some amorphous informal rule? If not internal institutions will be sources of arbitrariness, conflict and injustice.
