I think the problem is that we're in transition...men used to pay for women because women literally didn't have access to capital. That's not the case now. Women are more educated and typically make more money than men. These "traditional" gender roles are kinda antiquated and are inappropriate. There should be absolutely no expectation on either side unless those expectations are discussed and laid out upfront. If I see a "soft life" in a profile I skip. If I see an "independent" in a profile then i expect you to split.

There are so many places to meet beautiful single women these men aren’t creative, they go straight to the bar because it’s easy and it increases the chances of a woman lowering her guard. Why don’t they go to church? Volunteer? Take a specialized fitness class? Join a club? Get into a new hobby? Take a painting class? Go to a wine festival? They want to skip dating and go straight to the bed because they’re scared of the woman not liking them. They’re lazy and scared and that’s why they’re creating podcasts to project their hatred for women they aren’t even trying to find. Can you believe that?

6 months ago…Baaaby my man walked up to me at a sandwich spot. We chatted. He let me skip him and told me I had to pay for his sammich since I let him skip. I laughed and kept talking. He paid for my sammich. Took me on an amazing first date. We eat at any restaurant on my pallet. I’ve cooked for him twice. And have not cleaned up anything in his home except for making up the bed when he leaves before me. Be sweet and they will come. He likes red nail polish and I just got it this week. Ha. Don’t give up too much too soon.

@@sweetumsDenise Ma'am, what?😂 This logic speaks to ya'll as women
@sweetumsDenise3 ай бұрын
@@idontplaygames3k296 Okay, my comment was 5 months ago but I'm thinking I was probably saying that A Person's (random, hypothetical person) maturity level - and perhaps also their personality - would determine whether or not they go for someone who is "fiesty." Not speaking of a specific person or gender. People can have bad pickers no matter their gender 💁♀
@idontplaygames3k2963 ай бұрын
@sweetumsDenise Being fiesty isn't really a positive trait for either gender when it comes to building a healthy relationship.😂 I agree with the personality part of your statement, but the rest was humorous. I guess you mean a "little bit" fiesty is generally acceptable as a personality trait in people moreso women.
@sweetumsDenise3 ай бұрын
@@idontplaygames3k296 No my dear, I agree that fiesty wouldn't be considered positive concerning a healthy relationship...thus why in my reply to the original comment which said "nope" to fiesty, I mentioned it speaking to his maturity, as in he doesn't go for that b/c he has a level of maturity. I also mentioned yesterday people having "bad pickers" when referring to people who might go for someone fiesty for whatever reason. I don't get how you misunderstood that, lol, but hope this is more clear. Ultimately I hope people choose and work for healthy. And if people notice traits in themselves that aren't, I hope they work on themselves for themselves and others. I help people who are working on emotional intelligence growth and fiesty is generally something people want less of 😅 While SOME people do like fiestiness in women, I can acknowledge that without thinking it is a good or healthy trait. It's also relative, so there's that.

In all honesty, I have heard all of these talking points all of my life. I come from a family with a majority of men. Many of these statements are true, but this is not how the real world works! There are too many echo chambers for both men and women. We need to stop listening and watching others and learn how to get out there and get our own. When it comes to life and love, focus on you and what you want in your life, know whatbyouvwill/not tolerate, stick to it, and everything will fall into place ✨️

My favorite date is meeting me at a park for a walk and talk. Simple No money spent on me No fuss with dress code No make up Just meet me so we can have a chat and learn about each other as we walk. Plus, we get some exercise in, we also get to enjoy nature and some fresh air. It’s public; it’s safe. Always a winner for me

Unfortunately women most times are speaking from pride instead of strength. Women must learn how to fight their desires for a man because if you don't you will find yourself putting your expectations aside and taking the first man that tell you you're cute.

Anywhere you are and see a woman is a good place. Ashley gave good openers "what are you drinking?" "What brought you out?".
