Ouiiiiiiii c'est l'une des recettes les plus simples, même moi je pense que je ne pourrais pas la rater 😁 You say six ingredients but truly you can drop it down to two : egg whites and dark chocolate. Anything else is optional in the base recipe 😊 Yours look way denser than what I'm used to because of the addition of butter but I think it was successful I would enjoy the work meal prep for the week video I think it's a great idea. I would love to watch you make some croissants if you find the patience 23:40 sounds like bread dough going in the background 🤔

Easy hack if you’re new to cooking and aren’t at ease with separating yolks from whites… Take an empty and clean plastic bottle(water bottle, soft drink bottle, purchased condiments bottle, etc..) and gently squeeze it, placing over the yolk and let it suction into the bottle.. Separates from the white flawlessly.. I also prep everything before I begin. Makes it so much easier and you can clean as you go❤

Lighting tip: If you have a free spot light, try bouncing that off of the ceiling. Its both to light the workspace and you. Ideally it matches most other sources for colour (eg in this shoot, the sun).
