I normally don't make any new year resolutions anymore. This year, I would like to start doing walking workout videos to lose weight. I am not a huge workout person, so I hope this goes well for me. For me to say consistant with Keto - I have to drink 70 oz of water or more with electrolytes or LMNT packets. Plus I eat/drink 80 oz of protein at least a day.

I regularly get allergy pressure headaches and my saving grace is mucinex, Advil for sinus pressure and saline sinus rinses every night before bed! Some Flonase helps me tremendously too

HAPPY Thursday in January Ashley, family, fur babies, and Ashley's Mom. Nice fireplace. We have one in our living room. Very nice to have when the weather is in between to hot for the furnace so the fireplace goes up to 150 feet, nice to have. Hope the children enjoy their new school. When will Athan start school? Hi Ashley, I love the TV stand for your Mom! I'm so happy she got her dream job! It's great the kids like their school & teachers. Your oldest daughter is lucky to get that time off! You 2 should go visit her new school & look around, so she gets the feel of it & knows a little before she starts her classes. Or she could by herself, just ask the school if you & her could come & tour around. They might have to have a guide go with you. But it would be neat for her to see! Well your house is coming together. Maybe make one of the 2 rooms a game room. Maybe you can look for one of those games in an arcade. Hey happy holidays, I’m barely getting back to my routine I hosted Christmas at my house and my mother in law was here for two weeks with us, and we celebrated new years at my moms but I was already done with everything I was exhausted especially because i have a 3 years old lol 😂 but I’m also cleaning up my house as well and still need to put Christmas decor away just so much to do but anyway I’m glad your getting back in track with everything ❤
