You should try to make shrimp risotto. It's quite easy: - Prepare the shrimp in the pan with garlic, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper. Leave it to rest Then you'll make the risotto. -A pan of water in low heat and you season it as you please (rosemary, orégano...) - in another pan you'll add chopped ânions and garlic (as you please), then add the risotto rice, a bit of white wine and stir a bit - after that you'll leave the rice and add the seasoned water to the rice, bit by bit as it dries. - As the rice reaches the consistency that you want, you'll add cheese (which ever you want) and the pre prepared shirmp. and Voilá love your channel

This is what I do to make pancakes: -1 mashed banana (replacement for egg) -1 cup oat flour (or blended oats) -1/2 cup almond milk, mix it all together then add a bit more milk if needed until you like the consistency. For extras, I add ground flaxseeds or chia seeds, cinnamon, and blueberries. Coat the pan with a thin layer of coconut oil and cook like normal pancakes. They are the best.

I just use a fork to mash the banana, after that it's easy to mix it all with a spoon. Blending it up works too! Just make sure it doesn't get too runny, so gradually add the milk. I hope you enjoy it if you try it! It seriously tastes like blueberry muffins when I add the fruit into the mix. Tip: I've found that frozen berries work even better so they don't get too mushy while they cook. Just be sure you add them in after blending. (:

Those pancakes look delicious :D Here in Portugal for breakfast we usually just eat cereals or toasts, so I'm not sure of a good breakfast recipe to share :/ For dinner/ lunch recipes... We have the habit of having soup before meals (like spinach soup) and then the maindish could be turkey stroganoff with rice or some fish cooked in the oven with potatoes... sorry for not being quite specific >.< english's food vocabulary is kind of difficult for me...
