2:27 That's your inner clock, the so called "subconscious" is always conscious and works to serve your intent~desire. The stronger your attention placed on an intention like "waking up at 5 am" = the more likely that your "subconscious" will rouse you to full consciousness at that time(13 minutes fast your inner clock seems). *You just discovered the basic mechanism for "rewiring" habits.*

girl i have the SAME problems when i tried meditating because i have a lot of back pain and i also couldn’t get myself to stop thinking about things :((

Hey! I can totally relate! Because of my back pain I decided to do every meditation either laying down or sitting at a wall or so. And for the other problem I just kept practicing! It still takes me about 5 min to get everything cleared out of my head but then I can get this special feeling of the meditation. BUT! There are still days where I just can't concentrate so I skip those days. Overall it definitely helps me to stay calm and figure out my sh°t most of the times. Hope that helped you. Also I don't think meditation is for everybody the same. People have different forms of meditation and there is no right or wrong.

I used to have to get up at 5am for work, it took me a good month for me to be tired earlier. Then it got super easy to fall asleep around 9pm and it takes a lot of time to get out of that routine. I still wake up around 6 even when I don’t have to.

i extremelyyyyyyyyy recommend downloading the app “petit bambou” it’s for meditation, u can do the week guided meditation thingy for free, and then after that u can do it on ur own on the app!! also, they have sounds and i always listen to one of them and it makes me fall asleep super fast!! 💘

You definitely need more sleep. 8 hrs for sure. The only reason I would get up earlier for is to work out, but I would go to bed earlier st the same time.

Caffeine is so overrated, especially coffee. I work a night shift and only get 3-5 hours of sleep. It's not that hard when you have a routine.

a trick to fall asleep is when your in bed, dont move like at all and then count either down from a number or count up :)

I used to work at a grocery store where I had to be clocked in by 5am. On my way to work over the 3 years I worked there, I had experienced 2 UFO sightings. My a$$ is asleep at 5am for good. 😂
