@@FredrikHaferkorn wtf bruh he didnt do shit yall clearly always see stories from female aspects she left him and then wrote a whole album he suffered a heart failure due to the hate he got from the album he only had 30 percent chance of living and he made it alive. he even released songs like crisis and lifeline where he talks about such things and is literally heartbreaking. and no offense but he delayed his projects just not to add up to the drama thats why he released his ep 10 months later. trust me just know a little abit about him from a neutral aspect before hating on him. he is a really nice dude!! and his songwriting is just amazing AMAZING HANDS DOWN!!!

From the perspective that your loved one has changed so much they're now a stranger, it's like saying, 'I fell in love with the old you, a completely different person.' Ashe mentioned herself on her instagram posts that I Wanna Love You BID is about how her songwriter,human part could not get along with her performer,entertainer self which was later on discovered by her after writing letters to her two personas from one another following her therapist’s suggested method to help pave the way for her growth. She buries herself in that clip, and in the song Dear Stranger, she sings the line “Here lies someone almost famous who gave up everything”.

my interpretation of pull the plug is a little bit different, similar in that it’s about someone loving her too much to be true, but i view the “in case i’m asleep, don’t pull the plug,” as maybe she doesn’t feel like she’s been able to reciprocate in the way she wants because of mental illness and she’s begging her partner not to give up. like when you get so down you feel like a zombie and you know you’re not treating people how they deserve to be treated. so she’s kind of saying “in case there’s a chance that i’ll get out of this darkness someday, please don’t give up and pull the plug (both in the relationship and on her at all because maybe she’s seeing that person as the only thing keeping her going)”. idk it’s largely projecting but that’s just my interpretation!

Devil Herself was immediately one of my favorites on the album. "I can tell you're not yourself cause I fell in love with someone else." It's talking about how she used to love this person, but they've changed. They aren't the same anymore, and she's losing her love for them. She describes them in past tense first, saying they would have been there for everything. They would have helped her do anything she wanted. But the person changed. They won't do the same things anymore.

I'm in love with this album tbh 🫠🥹 The way Ashe connects her songs.... Some other connections are: The lyric "Crying wolf for a while now.." - Connects to her song "Girl Who Cried Wolf" which says "I'm not the girl who cried wolf" "I hope you die first" - connects to "Count On Me" from RAE with the lyric "I hope you die first, so you'll never know what it's like ..." There could be a connection in the tracks no. 11 from each album Serial Monogamist - San Jose - Devil Herself Dear Stranger and Running out of time connect with Kansas talking about time, d*ath, the present/future, impetuosity... I wanna love you (but I don't) and Love You Need from RAE, like... The lyrics my fair weather friends gone with the cold could be a reference to her songs "In Disguise" where she talks about fake friends too "You better find out who you're friends are in disguise" and Cold in California "It still gets cold in California" The lyric "it was heatstrokes, and suntans and pretending someone I am not" also could be referencing her song Cold in California "with the sun up in our skin, and wake up feeling burned" The lyric "everyone thought I had it all together" could be referencing her song Immature "My friends they're all growing up, think they realize that nothing is good as it seems, while I try to live off of my dream" There could be many more, obviously but these are some I noticed. 🥲 Crying while listening again I can't....
