Please reply 🙏 My father's uncle adopted my father. had taken Before dying, he will make a unregistered will in the name of my father. His father uncle wife unregistered will protested in the court against my father year 1978 ago 1st grade assistant collecter PCS. The will case went in favor of my father year1980.According to the court order, the property will be in our favor after the decision of the will case is in favor of my father. My name will be transferred property after the death of my father. Now the my father aunt again made the same case same issue second time file on me 2021. My father aunt is now 90 years old. But My Father has passed away1986. The father aunt did not even tell the court whether he had fought this case before. Presenter by creating a fresh case. The court is issuing summons.I have court orders. And more proof I also have old orders of cases which have been disposed of. Apart from this, I have also taken a copy of the case file of 41 years ago from the Revenue Department. My lawyer is fighting the case. It has been 9 months of harassment. ( Shortly example - 41 year old already decided case second time file same issue same party second generation)
