Taylor Swift cursing, for me, is actually something that feels natural, compared to other artists who I just did not expect to be cursing, and when I heard them curse, I was shocked for a second. It feels like she started to curse in her songs at just the right time in her life, and because of that, she doesn't sound offensive; it actually adds to the impact of her lyrics in a positive way.

Although Ms Americana and the Heartbreak Prince is one of my favorite songs. Although it is set in high school with cheerleaders shouting Go! Fight! Win! in the background, there are two other parallel stories she is referring to: Her own situation during the whole Kimye, DJMueller Lawsuit/ Media hating on her as well as the turn for the worse that America took when Trump won over Hilary (American Glory faded before me) The other parallel is the MeToo movement where women everywhere were speaking up against sexual harrassment hence the lines " the damsels are depressed (from the common phrase in fairytales: "damsels in distress" where knights in shining arming come to their rescue). "Boys will be boys" then were are all the wise men?
