I must admit that priortising keeping hold of the feet rather than keeping the legs straight when transitioning to the B position was new to me.

I love konny much better behaved than my kiddo cat lying straight middle of the mat , I am not a ashtanga practitioner , new to yoga but love watching you two .. thanks for informative videos

Im so thankful I found your channel! You answer questions ive had for a while about how to hold myself and what should be engaged. I have hyper mobility so its hard to know if im doing damage sometimes. Cant wait for more videos

Great video... btw it is easy for you to move your dog out of the mat as he is so tiny... my dog is 40kg briard and she wants me to share my mat with her when I am practicing 😂
