To be fair...that episode was recorded in 2002. Most of what was bought online back then was easy to ship and Craigslist was still (technically) in its infancy. Buying a car, house or land online was a tad sketchy so it isn't a surprise while at the same time; fits Dax's character (of buying a junky double wide online)
