what is the difference between saas and the 497 package. So with saas is it just onboarding is different? Im not sure what saas is

SaaS & the 497 package are the same. SaaS is shorthand for our SaaS Mode, which is a feature that automatically creates subaccounts with pre-set features, that saves time when onboarding new customers. If you don't have SaaS Mode, when you're creating new subaccounts you're having to set everything up manually.
