I lived at West 20 for my UF career and it was wonderful. Nothing fancy but everything worked and thr bus stop was nice . Def recommend
@limeranger6370 Жыл бұрын
I lived there 2 years and thought it was great too, I will say it just went through a management change and they’re changing the name (On20) hiking up the price and charging for parking now, but the location was good and the apartments were decent. So if you’re willing to pay that, then I’d recommend as well.

Hey man! Great video!! A small request, can u make a detailed video on how I can get into foreign universities for undergrad, like from scratch.. I've seen videos on it but idk what to do exactly.. It'll be so help helpful if u covered everything in it like scholarships as my financial background isn't that good enough to study in abroad and also on how I can improve my application as, for now i don't have many extra curricular's, thank you!

Hey ashton! I love your videos. They've really been helping me figure out where i want to go to school. Im a junior in high school right now and im super excited to go vists UF and other florida schools. Any special tips on what i really need to check out?
@ashtonherndon Жыл бұрын
Hey! I'm so happy Ive been able to help out! I would definitely tour all of these schools in person because it is so much different than the videos, and I would also look into their major programs, organizations, and location overall. and of course watch some more of the vids for as much info as you can get ;)

Great and informative video! I’m going in Fall 2023 as a transfer student (rising junior, aerospace engineering major), any tips on what I should look for in my case? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I'm looking forward to transferring to UF for aerospace engineering as well, but for the spring of 2024. Do you mind if I ask what your GPA was when you applied?

Off campus is ridiculous here. Ain’t no reason to charge an 18 year old 1k for “convince”
@ashtonherndon Жыл бұрын
It is definitely a huge downside, but you definitely get what you pay for, so in some cases if you have the money its worth it!

What dorms would you recommend for freshmen?
@patriciatorres5154 Жыл бұрын
For freshman year, after all that you experienced in College and all that you heard from others, is it best to be in an off-campus community or in-campus worth the constant moving hussle for an OOS student to make friends? Thanks!
@ashtonherndon Жыл бұрын
I would say if you're coming from out of state, the dorms and student organizations are the best way to meet people. As an in state student, living off campus my first year made it a struggle to be as social, so I would definitely advocate for living in the dorms if you are an OOS student wanting to meet some new buddies!

How do college students afford all of these restaurants all the time? That has to add up. I get the apartments because you have to live somewhere, but the restaurants are everywhere including right in the apartment builfings?? That seems antithetical to the broke student experience lol
