It was only a contract for 5 years where AGT would have made 99% of the bands profit, So if the band made 5 million dollars they would only see 50,000 from that so they decided against it and dropped out

Welcome to Lil-e-ac! They played on the Santa Monica pier for 6 years learning their craft. They appeared first on World Best show then prior to covid they did the one performance on AGT. Thus is a great original to become aware of them Batio-Appice-Sarzo-Cristea are playing this song with GoDpsLive app with Melody singing with these legendary rockers. They did 7 songs and piecing them out. They did nothing. Told Melody they couldn't get it out of their minds. They filmed this during Covid in the living room of their 3 bedroom apt. This was the first release of their Queen of Hearts album. They also have Chain of Thorns EP of all original songs. They also do Excellent covers. Current ages are Sam lead guitar 22, Abigail drums 21, Melody lead vocal 19, Ethan Bass guitar 14, and Justin on Keys 13. Great reaction to a new to you band. They play what they call Vamp Metal. Yes sireeee..... Liliac is our answer to bringing back our rock! They are phenomenal and they are some of the best humans ever!! In case nobody has mentioned it. Ethan sometimes plays 5 string bass and extremely well. I asked Scorpions bass player about that and he says it's not easy therefore many bands won't do it. Kudos to this 14 year old rocker for his talent! I love all of them though. Been hooked for over 2 years. I compare Melody's vocals to crushed diamonds mixed with velvet. #RORH

It has been two years since you two have done a Liliac song. They have so many new songs out. Please go and listen to the latest from their new album called Madness. The song is called Madness with a video. It really rocks. The people don't know what to call it. Hard Rock or Metal. It is that good. Please check them out again. Thanks. Yeah they’re a pretty damn good band for being that young, their dad grew up in Transylvania, in the neighborhood of Count Dracula’s Castle until the age of 12 when his family immigrated to the U.S. where he said he fell in love with American Rock music and his kids followed in his footsteps

Great reaction! Seems to be such a common error but the band name is Liliac (pronounced Lily-Ak). and yes they do sound polished because they have been playing as a band together for years. They honed their skills playing on the Santa Monica Pier every weekend for years doing covers. This video was actually shot in their family apartment living room during the pandemic lockdown last summer. They are an independent band but have gotten great shout outs from many of the epic bands for their covers and their musical style and performance. They have a couple albums of covers, and an EP and complete album of original music as well. Please continue to check out Liliac (Lily-Ak) with both their covers and their original music. Oh, they were big before they appeared on AGT. In fact, they were on World's Best the year before, and made it thru to the second round, but were beat out in a travesty of a vote. However, they've been doing rock and metal music since 2015. Covers at first, but their own originals at the same time as they were on World's Best. They were literally working on their first EP of originals, called "Chain of Thorns," as they were on that show. But they've since put out a full LP of original material, called "Queen of Hearts." Their style of music is Vamp Metal. (Vampire Metal, due to their name meaning Bat in Romanian)

Liliacs dad is a music producer & as kids he just assigned them lead singer, guitarist, bass, drums, & youngest on keyboards. Welcome to the "rabbit hole", they have several great originals and they absolutely kill every cover they do. Their ballad "Sail Away" is incredible but save it until you've seen some of their other originals and a few covers. It's worth the wait. While most of their covers are 80's metal classics that some would argue are better than the originals they also killed Janis Joplin's "Piece of My heart" live and their cover of Joan Jett's "I Hate Myself For Loving You" is insane. I love Joan Jett but I am not afraid to say I like Liliac's version of it better. The great thing about Melody is that she doesn't try to sound like the original vocalists, she just does "Melody" and it works.

They are already better than most veteran rock bands out there. They are all siblings. Sam (lead guitarist) is the oldest at 21. Melody (vocalist) is just crazy, ridiculously, amazing on vocals. Her voice is like a Melissa Ethridge X's 50 mixed with Joan Jett or something. Abigail on drums. Always happy, and actually a very very good drummer. Justin is like 12, the youngest on Keyboards. Ethan plays rhythm, and also bass sometimes. They are from California. Their father is their manager, and he was born in Romania. Liliac is just crazy good.
