Mma are based on out side power muscel only I have seen stond being cut or water and bowl blown up In the real battle ancient warfare such style and weapon could deffeated armored invantry Or horsed back soldiers, in the outopsy on many remain ancient body in kaifeng Mutilated head torso legs being found with theirs armour, made of iron chopper and Stone decapilated with horses heead and body... How can such old fasioned do such thing.. And rem3mber that they capabel of making a very good composit stell, That cut well.

Beautifully and skillfully executed. I think this is a young person’s sport. Like most athletic events it puts a lot of strain on the body during their careers and as they age. You don’t see older adults doing this at the speed in which they perform. But we seniors do it at a slower moderate pace and style.
