The only drawback i felt is it's not in plains where you can buy a big piece of land to grow your own food like vine , cheese , fresh vegetables Otherwise the house is terrific high ceilings , walls made of stone concrete and ramped earth i bet he would be cool and highly ventilated And only if he had a secret bunker.
