a lot of polish music is sung poetry and sometimes have deeper meaning, you need to take time to interpret, so I highly recommend using english subtitles. It’s much different than american pop, mostly about sex, love or party.

Hi, im from Poland. Taco Hemingway and Quebonafide are rappers but they make really diffrent bits and songs with poestry about love, hate and politics somethimes. Quebonafide is the type of rapper that ended his career with the best banger album and go to study medicine. ❤

You should definitely check out "Dawid Podsiadło i Artur Rojek - Długość dźwięku samotności (Chorzów, 25.06.2022)" this is an incredible live performance with a timeless song (1999), the man in the beret is one of the original creators of this song who made a guest appearance on this concert. Fun fact, at the beginning there's fragment of Dawid's first public performance with this song. If you want to understand what the song is about, the original band recorded an English ver. "Myslovitz - Sound Of Solitude"
