I think this is nice how thi man is pushing to improve the Philippines like this. Hopefully this does well and scales up. It definitely will help cut down on plastic straw use by switching to a more organic bamboo straw. I also like how it helps the environement. I love this. I grew up in a village called kawayanan which means of bamboo. The village was surrounded by bamboo. It was like you have to drive through a gate of tall bamboo grass before reaching the village. Bamboo is so versatile. It's even edible. I also love eating bamboo sprouts cooked in coconut milk

Plastic straws are banned in Australia - please, we need your bamboo ones, the paper/cardboard ones we use now are awful. Perhaps contact McDonalds and Burger King etc - they'd love them. 🙏✌🏼❤️
