This was my first ever Korean drama. I didn’t know about Asian dramas until Netflix introduced it on there line up. Was hooked, then I started watching meteor garden etc…. My son called me and told me his account was hacked into, because of all the Asian dramas he saw on his account. I told him, it was me who was watching them. When i was 17 years i watched boys before flowers and i loved it so much. Today i am 28 years and when i watch this i can spot so much toxicity portrayed in relationship along with red flags which makes us think love has to be confusing and painful. STILL, this will be my first kdrama and i had beautiful time watching this.

I really like this scene because it can teach some very valuable lessons. One, just because you are rich/wealthy doesn't mean you are happy, nor do you have it all. Two, it shows how important love and family really are. Money cannot buy some of the most valuable things in life. You can tell this interaction with her family was something he has been needing from his own family, pretty much all of his life.
