Iam a medical coder, working for a UAE company and working from home.. It is not good for high income seekers.. Normal salary range today in india is 15k to 25k for freshers, 25k to 50k for experienced, but yearly near 20k needed to renew the certification yearly.. Now medical coders increased and salary starting from 10k to 12k.. If we have skills and upgrade certifications we can achieve more than 50k, but still there is limit and expensive in cities like chennai and Bangalore.. This course is very good choice for girls or housewives they can get a regular income..

Dear friends, do this course only if you are pure science graduate, age below 30. Current salary what companies are offering is from 12000 to 18000 max mostly for freshers with CPC certification. 30 plus salary is all past stories. Current situation has changed, now there lot of candidates waiting for job. So companies are using it. Check yourself with people who have recently finished course and have cleared CPC certification. For institutes they need new students and there fee to survive.
