An otg pendrive can do the problem. Usually these apps are automatically installed on plugging in a pendrive. Use stock Android phones. It is somewhat possible to erase it by factory reset in stock Android. On others it is not getting installed on android layer. Problem is if a person is determined to cheat you.... You can't stop him.... So select your friends carefully.
