Cauliflower is loaded with pesticides. Let me tell you this , you can't grow cauliflower without continuous spraying of pesticides. Sadly doctor also passed away

I agree with the information provided, I think one should monitor blood sugar to really know how food changes are effective. I tried to have 2 eggs and few almonds for dinner, next day sugar was 280! Next day when I had rasam and vegetable with some rice it was 110

If you eat carbohydrates and then whatever extra...then surely sugar increases. So don't take carbs and replace with these.
