Fact that I will not argue: Neon colors (specifically yellow and green) look bad like 75% of the time on white people, but on dark and deep skin tones it is the best possible color to wear and it looks amazing 1000% of the time. These are facts.

Really? That so surprising to me but I guess I get it. I think bright colors look so much better on darker skin than light. For some reason I think white people look like immature childish adults with bright colors while poc just make the color pop! and the contrast is just so so beautiful! I noticed in high fashion black models are typically put in white and bright colors. I'm assuming it's for this reason.
