PIE CRUST HACK: Put a little water on your counter then place a big piece of saran wrap. This will keep it in place. Then put your dough on top and cover with a piece of saran wrap. Use your rolling pin to spread it out. This will help you keep it from crumbling and also when you need to put it in your pan, just remove the top layer, flip into the pan, and remove the other piece of saran wrap. Helps hold your crust together!!!
