I go commando almost 24/7 and it's actually really liberating. You don't have to worry about buying a bunch underwear or anything. I wear underwear on my period and that's basically it. I don't have much discharge and I don't sweat a whole lot. It's not for everyone, but I recommend trying it

maybe TMI but it usually happens sometime in the middle of the night for me and i find that going commando it's less likely to spill or get absorbed through my underwear and into my sheets and due to surface tension of the blood sticks on me for the most part until i go clean up in the bathroom kind of how you can fill a water cup past the top and the surface tension will hold it in

also, cleaning your vagina daily might help. and i don't mean with soaps or water. just a quarter size amount of coconut oil rubbed on the inner and outer parts, and then pat dry with a damp, well wrung towel or soft cloth. i find that helps me with sweat and odor issues, as well as avoiding bacterial infections after the gym if i need to wait to go home to shower.

I've found the same pretty much works for me as well xEmpty.Abyssx. Especially if I take a night shower, and just hop into my pj bottoms, then kick 'em off before I get in bed. The lil lady feels so refreshed the next day, and less discharge than I usually have, which is quite nice.

Wearing underware while working out is actually really important. I was wearing tight fitted workout leggings and tbh I wasn't doing too much, just an endurance run. The stitching of the leggings actually cut up my vagina and it was painful to pee for a week. Girls, going commando is good, but make sure to keep it protected and maybe wear loose clothing

I think it depends on what kind of vagina you have. If your lady parts are more on the longer or "outie" side, then underwear is going to be your best friend to avoid that awful chaffing you experienced.
