jazzzz. i think sara’s is kind of something you would expect when it comes to love. jazz’s is more creative in my opinion, because while she did use hearts it wasnt her maint point and yet i could still feel a romance-y vibe.

I feel like I'm one of the only people who prefers Sara's. Yes, maybe from a beauty makeup point of view Jazz's was better, but makeup is a form of art. I love the abstract artistic vibe I'm getting from Sara's, and how it doesn't completely conform to how people think makeup should look. Makeup is a form of expression, a way to stand out, so why conform to how everyone else does makeup? Just because some people think it looks better to have makeup on certain parts of the face (eyes, lips, ect) doesn't mean it looks better that way and that's how it should be done. You might be thinking, isn't that the point of different color makeup? Well, in here there was a limited color pallet to use because of the theme, so I think the way Sara applied the makeup showed her creativity. What I just said may not make sense to you, but it made perfect sense in my head, so I hope it made sense and you get what I'm saying.

anna Shaffer Although I agree that Sara's makeup was absolutely beautiful, I have to remind you that this video was a makeup challenge (hence the title, "Artist vs. Beauty Lover Makeup Challenge . . ."). If you take a look at Jazz's look as a whole, I personally think that hers was better, in the way that it was a very expressive yet talented makeover. For Sara's, on the other hand, it focuses slightly too much on the idea of romance, whereas not really taking the concept of makeup challenge into consideration. She simply doesn't have that glam/confidence feel that most people experience when wearing makeup they like; you can tell both Sara and Jazz were proud of their results. If this was more of a face art competition though, Sara would definitely had won my vote.

I was SO conflicted on which of them was the winner...and then I saw Jaz put on that beret and tilt it to the side and I was like "WE FOUND A WINNNNEEERRRR!!!".
