You don't have to do everything in the morning 😁! Try to have some breakfast, preferrably healthy and to drink some water, so you will be fuelled and hydrated for your day. And clean and groom yourself a bit. And take minute for mindfulness. Even just 1 minute of that can make a difference 😁! For example you could close your eyes and focus on your breathing for a minute. Or if you have a garden or a nice view you could look at that for a minute, etc. Working out or being active you can try to incorporate in other parts of your day.

i am not an expert but i studied some of these as a dietitian student. when you are a plus size you shouldnt do a work out that has jumping and bouncing so much because you have more risk of injured knees and ankle so be careful girlie jessie you fab btw im a fan

Working out is not torture, sure it feels like it, but it's necessary if you want to be healthy.

It's the one time of day my mind is forced not to think and worry, for at least an hour 5 days a week, I am fully present in my body and not worrying about the past or the future. During that time I am living in the moment, persevering through the pain, coming out the other side and feeling truly alive because of it. It's become so mentally beneficial to me and I never thought I would be this person who *has* to exercise but quarantine taught me how important working out is for mind, body and soul and now I can never go back. Ever.

That bacon sandwich with Mayo is horrible for your health. The please switch to full grain bread or rolls with vegan Mayo or mustard and if it has to be meat use chicken or turkey but if you can go vegetarian it’s so much better for you 💚
