Pretty sure a 3D printer won't magically print in all the technology that a Dalek possess. Which is highly doutfull. Hope this answered your question.

Even so, they'd have empty, giant, casings of Daleks. While lacking the required amaounts of technology and biological engineering to both, complete the casing and have a biological organism to control it. To an extent the toy daleks pretty much are controlling them selves via AI. I highly doubt they have tiny dalek beings that small to occupy the casings. (Aside from the only biggest dalek in this channel...That one MAY have a legit inside the casing)

Basic Filming error: (no offence intended ) The camera should show teh group of daleks from a lower angle and yourself as a puny human from a higher angle. That would make them look more dangerous and you look weaker. Just saying...
