29:33 “you lose that softness about you” that is a great way to describe it. It happened to me definitely. I used to be verk kind to others(not to myself tho) and it’s almost as if all of my hatred toward myself turned outward afterwards. I became really angry and my empathy greatly reduced for a while. I have been re-training myself to be kinder more patient and compassionate with others over the past couple years. It still isn’t always automatic but I notice moments where I have empathy or feel something for someone so that’s good.

I didn't get to ask during the live because I was driving...but why do you think people will get into a relationship with a person who has a known history of cheating? Like their new partner was not necessarily the cheater's sidepiece but they know the cheater's history of cheating in their last relationship. And why do the flying monkey's always excuse cheating or don't think less of the narcissistic person for it just because they may be charming or whatever??

The ego of the new woman/man believes she/he would never get cheated on. They could have grown up with a cheating father/mother and it feels familiar. They subconsciously hate themselves and date knowing they are going to be betrayed. Flying monkeys or groupies advocate for the narcissist bc the narcissist made excuses for the cheating and/or it's bc they never felt betrayed by the narcissist so there's no reason to talk shit. They may even make excuses for the narcissist themselves. The only reason to date someone who has cheated in the past is if they take full responsibility without blame shifting onto others.

If my ex idealized me for many years and when he didn't get attention because I didn't really love him but was dependent on him emotionally and financially, he would block and I would bring him back to the relationship sometimes with crying and full of messages until one day I disappeared from him, is he a narcissist or a borderline?

I'm assuming you're the ex, asking if you're a borderline or narcissist. There's not enough information to determine this arm chair assessment. No one is idealized for years unless you were in a long distance relationship and you both were on your best behavior, not knowing who the other person really was. In a normal relationship there will always be ups and downs. It's how you repair fights that matter. Now, If you felt used, disrespected, and abused, you have the healthy right to protect yourself and leave the relationship. It's all about intent. You could also be an abuser, triggering abandonment in your partner bc they can't be controlled.
