Do I tighten it with the Pinlock installed? Or do I remove it first and make the adjustment and then reinstall?

5.5 mm socket or wrench.

Hi Ade, I know there is a video on cleaning a helmet and visor, but it misses out the inside of the helmet ie the face pads/cushions, do you think you could do a video on the best way to clean this, and the beat products to use?

Do you know how to replace the pins? I snapped one, but have purchased a replacement.

I got a scorpion EXO1400 which come with a pin lock but it seem like it’s to tight even at the widest point as the seal by the pin is lifted and is damaging the end of the pin lock. Any suggestions?

My pinlock is across my eyes the gentle man in the shop said it can't be adjusted so am riding with a line in front of me. .thanks HELP 😄

Yes make sure it's tight fitting
