I'm trans ftm and pansexual but I'm kinda confused about the sexual stuff like intimate wise I like kissing and making out but actual sex stresses me out and idk if its due to dysphoria or not because I can't deal with my shirt off in front of my partner or ne completely naked. I think its just dysphoria but idk ahh

Yeah I think a lot of people have a close minded view of what qualifies as asexual which is stupid. I am an asexual trans man, pre T. I can find people attractive but never have any desire to be or do anything with them I don't think of them in that way. I don't like the concept of ever being with a person that way it's just not something that interests me maybe I find it a bit creepy but not by much. Like it's fine for other people I don't have a problem with it it's just not anything that will ever be right for me. I'm also a romantic so I don't really want a relationship anyway. But I know it's not a dysfunction because my body still works. There's times when it's a thing but it's never that big of a deal or something that I really want. I'm not at all ashamed of taking care of my own needs because I don't even view it as a sexual thing. It's this distracting things happens, rarely but happens, you just have to stop and take care of it and then move you can on with your day! I put no more importance on it or have any more shame for it then taking a piss. It's simply a natural and healthy biological functions that my body has and it doesn't make me any less asexual! In relation to my gender identity I think because I didn't come out as a lesbian back when I thought I was a girl it took me a little bit longer to realize I was trans but then at the same time I used to think I was straight because I had attraction to guys but really it was just me envying there style and wanting that for myself, wanting to be those people or hang out with those people as friends. Like maybe I'm a bit gay but only 10% so if even.

I just want to say thank you for this video. I'm a very logical person, and most of the answers i look at out there have been vague. I understand, that the spectrum is wide and all, but being a logical thinker I needed someone who could narrow down that field. I have been sitting (not litterally) around for years wondering if i fit into the spectrum somewhere. Because so many of my thoughts conflict with what i've been told all my life. How you have explained Asexual but not sex repulsed, makes so much more sense to me than any other response that i have found. Trust me i have looked. So, thank you again for helping this 30 something person find an answer to something I have been looking for.

Hey Aaron, thanks so much for being open about your gender identity and sexuality. I'm 29 and I've identified (somewhat stealthily) as heteroromantic asexual/straight ace for three years and, while I'm mostly comfortable with it now, I still go through patches where I feel inadequate - like I'll never be enough for someone. Your attitude towards asexuality (or sexuality in general), and how it's completely different from person to person, and that it's totally ok to draw the line wherever you feel comfortable to, makes me feel 'normal' again. Hi, I'm Mr.Slavish. You vlog really gave me some type of perspective. To make a saga shorter than a report in a brief case. I'm Trans.(FtM), I went through an unfortunate quanty of CSA for most of my childhood and coming to the laten but with the eventual conclusion of being trans and slight hint that I was asexual since 13-14yrs. old (Asexuality wasn't apart of the LGTB acronym just yet), with a SERIOUS suspicion of Autism "Asperger's" (recently changed DSM-V/DSM-5 ('ASD') just saw my GP,Primary, Therapist, & Psychologist for different meds.), T-Shots in my mid. 20's. So for me it's like SETs of certain Mathematics. I intersect with being Transgendered(FtM), Autistic 'Asperger's', ('ASD'), and Asexual with CSA issues. Yet generally speaking I'm not completely interested in being touched (generally due to the 55% from Aspergers (ASD) and the CSA of (No touching rules!) & the 45% of Dominance of Asexuality of Wanting vs. Simply to apees my partners need and/or wants. I never really gave it anythought to it as to I I cared to be sexually involved at all vs. As often and/or average person. And as imparitive as certain others folks deem the acts of concimation. Then at some point, I don't see how any of my ex-Gfs put up with me.) However, I have my innate Dominance (as I call my BDSM Sexual preference) and to apees my partner whenever, however and with whomever and whenever a partner and I chooses to do so. Your voice is so calming It made me watch the hole video even if I was a bit motion sick form the camera mooving so much 😅. Thank you. It was very infomrative! I always considered myself alosexual before I transitioned, but the HRT is making a dramatic shift on that and is making me a bit confused. I'm still a very sexual person (I recently perfomed with a band and the show was very teasing) but wen it comes to my actual relationships, I'm not really interested in sex anymore. I don't look to a person and think sex... I think about going out, having an Ice cream, watch a movie and taking care of the person. And wen someone comes to me with a clear sexual intension, It gives me repulse... I want to get as far away from the person I can. This is so weird... I think I'm becoming more demissexual but I still don't know.

Prince Ash Cuddling is different for each person, but a lot of times cuddling can fall under the category of sensual (or even romantic) attraction versus sexual attraction.

Asexual as a bases means "doesn't experience sexual attraction" but cuddling, snuggling, holding hands, nuzzling are all affection acts that plenty of asexuals do in fact crave. But other than that, asexuals can crave the feeling of sex without being sexually attracted to someone, and crave sexual acts. There's also acefluxes, which means you fluctuate from having sexual attraction to not having sexual attraction.
