3 days into quitting and I feel terrible. Feel very dizzy, woozy, very tired. Most of all it has made me a emotional wreck. The depression, anxiety and ptsd have also gotten worse. The boredom and loneliness are unbearable 😪. I'm really trying to stay positive about quitting.

Hi, congratulations on being 3 days smoke-free! Some people may feel the 3rd to the 5th nicotine-free days are challenging because 3-5 days after you stop smoking, almost all nicotine is out of your body so your physical cravings peak and then subside. 2 more days and you're about to beat the physical addiction. You've got this! Dear Nasia at the moment i have no time to watch all your videos. Cause im recovering mentaly and making lot of therapy. I didt forget you. Yourjust unforgetable and amazing. Is there a oppinion to pay your program in details i mean every month 20 or 50 dollars. Love from germany

its really hard i had smoked for almost 35 years and i decided to quit 6 mo ago i had encountered dizziness especially anxiety and stomach ache until now is it just natural for the one who is quitting smoking?
