I have also been really stressed out with school. Here are some things that might help, Take a break when you feel stressed, breathe. If you don't understand anything right then and there, it is ok! Asking for help us not bad! It helps! So do routines and turning off distractions (unless it is Lil videos, lol) Hope this helps if you needed it, if not sorry for taking your time. One thing I’ve found helps with the saying yes/no for things is to flip a coin. Not to see if you should listen to the result of the coin flip, but whilst the coin is in the air you will 9 times out of 10 think what you want the coin to land on. That gut reaction usually tells you a lot about what decision you should make. Hope that helps someone!
