As someone who has completed a DCP (the final one in Disneyland, 2020), I highly recommend doing it! And I am an 'older' participant! My kids are all grown up--one of whom also did the program in Disneyland--and I take college classes, so thought...why not try? And I got in! 😃 So, age does not matter, as long as you're 18 or older! Do not let that stop you, if you have a dream to work at a Disney park! And...this summer I'll be doing the Alumni session at WDW Disney College Program! Can hardly wait! 👏😁

I was bummed out on this I didn't get even an interview. I didn't get into any of the interviews whatever job I applied to so that's why I haven't applied for several years still unemployed but might try to do it again.

Can we get more information about the international program, I have already applied and am waiting to hear back. What do the international program members need to pay? Do I pay for my own flights or the participation fee? It is kinda unclear and I would like to know before I go back to university for my next semester, I need to save. Also, do student loans affect whether you get into the program? My last question is how does one go about changing names and pronouns on the application after it was submitted? I have started using a different name to my legal name since applying in November, and I would prefer for Disney and park guests to use that new name.

I grew up in the Netherlands and i'm absolutely in love with Walt Disney World especially the shows & parades. I love dancing, my dream is to be a parade performer especially in the BTY & Christmas parade as a waltzer because i'm so obsessed with the costume, choreography & music. I have so many questions actually.. pls answer me. What is the age & height limit to be performing in the parade? And can you be a parade performer at Disney World without the need going to the college program? I mean DCP really sounds so fun to me but im just curious. ❤
