Secondly, Junaid Bhai always reads full questions so we could understand the situation and gives proper time to each question; that's one of the reasons why is QnA consists of only 8-10 qs max in 30 minutes unlike other respected KZbinrs giving 25 answers in 10 minutes video. To the guy to has done MPhil in Geography he should come to NZ to do PhD in urban designing and planning. You will just pay the general fee not of an international student. You will get to work 20 hours per week which phD students usually get in university. NZ has good scope for urban designing and planning. You can bring your spouse.He/she will come with you on a work permit and can work anywhere.

I was forced to get married to someone I wasn't sure if I should go for. I was blackmailed emotionally a lot by all of my family, I didn't get married to that person in the end because I knew its a life changing incident but now I have anxiety and depression issues along with memory related issues because of living under stress and indecisiveness for so long.

akh well you should be proud of yourself for standing up and deciding not to get married to someone your family is forcing on you! Be proud that you are one of the few who was able to defy the f**ked up crap this shit society imposes on you! Do not worry of the phase you are going through at the moment... because we live in a place where mental health issues are a taboo i would advise you to just ‘let it be’... i did the same thing and i just observed my thought process during my massive turmoil ... started to make small changes with the way i think things...made 8 hr sleep (11pm to 7 am) my first goal... and it took a loooot of time to reach to it.. then make a routine of showering gym work etc... which again takes a lot of time Bass sir aap apna thought process change kerein and try to make one small change... because that would lead up to more and bigger changes hence you will improve your well being and quality of life... all the best!

akh bibi mai bhi khatoon hoon... hanji it is a harder situation for you... but still the way to eliminate the white noise around you is to keep one thing or two about you in check... firstly sleep gets screwed in depression and anxiety so start with a good sleep schedule .. if foods trigger your anxiety or sleep eliminate those things too... ye chota sa step will be able to help to get yourself out of more mental blockages

But after PhD, good oportunities do get open depending on the output of your research and its value for the market. So embark on this journey only if you a passion for science, the urge and patience to learn, endurance to mental stress, anxiety, depression etc.

Over the past few months, I am seeing that Junaid is getting more and more frustrated with Pakistan since he made the decision to come back for Dubai. I can totally understand. Once you get to see how normal countries function you realize how backwards, suffocating and frustrating Pakistan and Pakistani society is. There is a reason thousands of Pakistanis are leaving on a daily basis. Islam has been completely destroyed and adulterated in Pakistan and Pakistani mentality is amongst the most suffocating, closed minded, khota like stubborn in the world. To everyone saying Junaid bhai is hating on parents, you have completely missed the point of his entire conversation and have decided to focus on just one thing instead of understanding the entire context. Every single thing has a context. Not everything is as simple as black and white. A lot of times things are grey. He is not against parents, he is against only those parents that wreck their children's lives based on their own selfish desires. If parents brought children into this world it was done so knowing they will be responsible for them, the kids didn't ask to be born, it was their parents choice, so then why do parents blackmail their children by saying "we did so and so for you so now you do the same for us" If the parents wouldn't raise their children then who else will? Instead of saying "you owe us this because we did you a favour by taking care of you" parents should instead say this "we are a family, a team, we should stick together in difficult times and help each other. I am so proud of all you children for helping us and I appreciate it." I also am a parent to 2 kids and will never force unwanted careers or marriages on my children because my parents never did the same on me or my brothers. We have the most loving and understanding father and he never once scolded us and instead talked to us and sat us down whenever we did something wrong, he would try and understand why we did a certain thing. Junaid bhai is only hating on parents whose sole purpose is to simply have kids with the intent that all the kids are good for is earning lots of money. Nobody cares anymore about instilling social etiquettes or empathy in their children. Their only goal is money and social status for their children.
