Ask me anything…ish…and I’ll share it with the openness and vulnerability that I’m LEARNING to embrace.
During a panel recently, when asked why I’m ok discussing topics that are deemed taboo, I said that I’m getting to know the part of me that I didn’t allow out for so long. I stifled and silenced her and now, like a baby learning to crawl and then walk, I’m letting her be.
Baby steps, long game.

Thank you! It’s so important that people realize they’re not alone. There are resources that don’t have to cost much, or anything, and it’s where you can begin to research on what you’re dealing with and find tools that are accessible 🙏🏾✨

I hear you. But you’re getting to a beautiful age that we’re made to feel marks the beginning of ‘old’ and ‘phasing out’. Maybe adjust the lens on turning 40 as a way to give yourself permission to reset things in life, and prioritize the ones that work for you? ✨
