Are you able to move funds using 10C into retirement assets and thereby avoiding estate duty

I have taken out a life insurance since 2014 and now im almost 50. Im thinking of cancelling this and take out a savings policy instead

That's a tough one...if there is still a need for the cover, I wouldn't cancel

You can, but there are other things to consider i.e liquidy, Reg 28, estate duty
