Just recently finished The Lost Bookshop, based on your recommendation! Really enjoyed it. I love books, love reading...so any book ideas are put into my file of future reads!

Hey there, Neisha! About the lead in Redmond's salt...I'm wondering if you've tested yourself for heavy metals. I did and found out that I have high lead levels. At first, I thought it was dark chocolate I used to eat, but I still have it and it's not going down (no chocolate since April this year). I, too, have eaten Redmond's for YEARS. It's concerning, even if it is naturally occurring. just throwing this out there for you.

Darn it! KZbin did not notify me again! For Thanksgiving, since I just had my gallbladder out 12 days before, I had to go lighter fat. But I had turkey white meat only with skin, sunshine buttercup squash with a smidge of butter lots of salt, a dill pickle, 1/2oz le Gruyere cheese, 2% Greek yogurt with strawberry slices. So grateful to be able to eat food again! And grateful for Dr. Berry's Tribe. Blessed! ❤

Hello Neisha. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family. How do you feel about monk fruit sweetener? And do you ever have any cheat meals where you actually do eat some carbs?

We had smoked turkey wings, roasted turkey breast, fauxtatoes (mashed hearts of palm), peas, and I made baked potatoes for my family (they did not want mashed OR stuffing this year). I also made sugar-free cranberry and I had some of that. Delicious. I almost ruined the turkey breast (it was under-cooked and I needed to finish cooking it so we didn’t’ get sick). So good.

I wonder if you have tried the (I use the 32oz liquid) Daily Minerals that Dr. Ken D. Berry MD endorses. It's full spectrum in minerals where the "electrolyte" minerals are not. I think the 'electrolyte' is helpful in between just to boost and make sure you're not dehydrating by drinking other liquids with no minerals. I need a lot of full spectrum minerals it seems.. So once a day or over the day, if you take a real full Tbl of the Daily Minerals. Then throughout the day use the electrolyte. I take my Daily Minerals twice a day or sometimes I put a few drops in everything depending how I feel. I take the electrolyte with me for running around or day trips but anything longer I take both with me. It has really helped eliminate muscle cramps but it took more than a month for me to really get on top. I often add Daily Minerals to my LMNT liquids and it makes me feel great. LYMI XO

Here’s a story for you Neisha: my daughter (who will be 26 in 9 days) lost my mom’s back scratcher. It is kept in the kitchen and we knew my girl hadn’t left the room (she was 3) For ONE YEAR when we visited mom, we kept asking her about where she put the scratcher. ONE YEAR LATER, we asked ONE. MORE. TIME. “Where is grandmas back scratcher?” She turned and put her hand between the oven & the wall and said “Here it is!” 😲🫨🫤😂 Your remote will show up as soon as the new one arrives in the mail. 😂😂

I found a good series on Kindle Unlimited by Shade Owens. They are all free. The first book is Eden Rising and it’s a dystopian series about how women start outnumbering men by a ton more and more each year so men start passing laws to take away women’s rights since they feel threatened and the women create a place called Eden. So far so good, only halfway through the first book.

Neisha, I'm a new author. I live in Los Angeles and I wrote a childrens book called MORE THAN A MILLION STARS that I believe you and your children would absolutely love, filled with messages/poems of a Parents, Love, Presence and Nurture. This book is filled with meaning and sunshine. I mention because I know how much you love to read and how much you love books. ❤️❤️🩵🩵
