Hi, im in South Africa and my 2 daughters diagnosed with Frederich Ataxia. The big challenge i have in my country is that, most of the Dr dont understand it. In sitting with a problem of do i access the opportunity for the treatments trials because im a South African?

Im not talking bad about our Dr's but it is a fact and truth because most of them they never came across this type of the disease. Im getting so concerned because i can see that my daughters are getting worse everyday. I dont know which Vitamins can you recommend for them?

CBD made it worse. Caused more migraine.
