I am from india my name mahdi 2 months ago i fell from ladder 3.5 m height by fibula and medial malleolus broken i went hospital after 14 hour ORIF surgery done a screw on medial malleolus and plate&screw on fibula after 10 days stapler pin on wound removed then bandage with cast tied after 2 days some time severe pain under big toe Actet 6 weels cast and bandage removed pain still not reduced when i stand my bigtoe and second toe bending as hammer toe doctor said i have fhl tightness need Zplasty surgery
