Great video Paul - thanks for sharing! I will add an asterisk to it though - it depends on where you are in the country too as to whether the dropped live individual rounds is a PE or not. In the Area covering PA (and NJ, OH, WV, and NY), I can verify for sure it is not a PE. If I go to a shoot in MD - I will get a PE for dropping a live individual round. Likewise, a revolver shooter I know shot a match in CO last year and dumped a live round on the ground and got a PE. Best advice I can offer is to use the IDPA website to contact the AC in the area you will be shooting and ask about it or ask the MD of the match you are attending how they will call it. Keep up with the awesome videos and content!

Boy the IDPA has a bunch of rules and it sounds like some are easily misunderstood..

@@Rusty_ok I’m learning that it’s the rules that are not specific and complete that allow for interpretation and inconsistency. However, without most of them you get safety issues and or worse.
